Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not permitted unless the item is faulty. Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:
1. The issue must be reported to support@vgluxehair.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
2. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging.
Shipping Fees
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A valid tracking number and recipient signature must be provided for us to process a return.
• VGLUXEHAIR does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Any such issues must be taken up directly with the delivery provider.
