Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with VGLUXEHAIR you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery

UK Orders

• Processing time: 5 working days

• Delivery: Royal Mail Next Day recorded service

• Total time: approximately 6 working days

International Orders

• Processing time: 5 working days

• Delivery: 5 to 7 business days

• Total time: approximately 12 working days

 

Custom or “special” orders may incur an additional 2 working days.

 

Please note that VGLUXEHAIR is not responsible for any additional customs charges on international orders.

 

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not permitted unless the item is faulty. Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:

1. The issue must be reported to support@vgluxehair.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging.

Shipping Fees

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A valid tracking number and recipient signature must be provided for us to process a return.

• VGLUXEHAIR does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Any such issues must be taken up directly with the delivery provider.
